Become a member of March Bears RUFC today! We offer a range of memberships, including becoming a member of our adult or junior teams and having the opportunity to join our Walking Rugby membership. We also provide a Vice Presidency of the club via a membership and participate in our regular March Bears Rugby Club Lottery!

Senior/Adult Playing Membership
• Includes international ticket applications
and full voting rights
• Monthly standing order: £10.00 per month
• One-off annual payment: £110.00 per year
• Payment due dates:
â–ª Monthly payments: Due on the 1st of each month with the first payment of renewal in July
â–ª Annual payments: Due by the 31st of July
â–ª Payment Ref - Your unique RFU ID as the payment reference. This is found on your GMS
account
Walking Rugby Membership
• Includes international ticket applications
and full voting rights
• Monthly standing order: £6.00 per month
• One-off annual payment: £60.00 per year
• Instalment plan: Two instalments of £30.00 each
• Payment due dates:
â–ª Instalment payments: Due on the 1st of July and the 31st of January
â–ª Annual payments: Due by the 31st of July
â–ª Payment Ref - Your unique RFU ID as the payment reference. This is found on your GMS
account
Junior Membership
•Does not include international ticket applications
and voting rights. Parent included under social member
• One-off annual payment: £60.00 per year
• Instalment plan: Two instalments of £30.00 each
• Payment due dates:
â–ª Instalment payments: Due on the 1st of September and the 1st of January
â–ª Annual payments: Due by the 30th of September
â–ª Payment Ref - Your unique RFU ID as the payment reference. This is found on your GMS
account
Vice President Membership
• Includes international ticket applications
and full voting rights
• One-off annual payment: A minimum donation of £100.00
â–ª Annual payments: Due by the 31st of July

Join Our Lottery
Boost your support for March Bears Rugby Club and get a chance to win a cash prize, which is a share of the prize fund! By participating in the March Bears Rugby Club Lottery, you not only have the opportunity to win but also help raise essential funds for club operations and activities.
How It Works:
Entry Fee: A small monthly fee of £5.00 or an annual payment of £60.00 secures you one lottery entry per month.
Draws: Our draws take place on the last Friday of each month. If your number comes up, you win a share of the winnings!
Benefits: Your participation fuels the club's growth and supports various initiatives, plus there's the thrill of potentially winning a cash prize!
How to Join:
Sign Up: To express your interest and join the lottery, please get in touch with Edwin at edwin@marchbearsrufc.org.uk
Payment: Make your lottery payments by the 15th of each month, separate from any other membership fees. Please use the reference “SURNAME INITIAL LOTTERY” to help us track payments accurately.
Stay Updated: Winners are announced monthly and details are shared in our regular club communications.
Family/Couple Discount
We offer a discount for families and couples residing at the same household address. The most
expensive membership will be paid in full, and subsequent memberships will receive a 50% discount for children under 18 and couples.

To receive the discount, all members must reside at the same household address. To apply for this discount or if you have any questions regarding this, please email treasurer@marchbearsrufc.org.uk and we will reply as soon as possible.
